Why is it that when you are the only one thinking ahead and book some holiday over xmas, your boss refuses it due to not knowing what he or everyone else is doing and mentions to try again in December. What ever happened to first come first serve ?!?!?!?!?!?!? gggggrrrrr

Ok, so I was trying to get through to my holiday provider to tell them that 10 days before my holiday – i STILL haven’t recieved anything. SO, 10.30am i call and after 10 minutes on hold i get an answer and i am told i will be sent the information again via email. 2.30 and i STILL haven’t recieved aything. Try to call again and after 24 minutes on hold i hang up the phoneand decide to email customer services instead. 2 hours later…still no response!!!! Congratulations for having THE WORST customer support team in the country…second to O2 (who send people to the debt collectors for no apparent reason)
