    CustomerServPrior2JWhat annoys me is businesses that clearly don’t care about the way they speak to you on the phone or do not return your emails when you’re either an existing or new customer. Don’t they want the business? I would have thought during these difficult times that they would!

    Ok, so I was trying to get through to my holiday provider to tell them that 10 days before my holiday – i STILL haven’t recieved anything. SO, 10.30am i call and after 10 minutes on hold i get an answer and i am told i will be sent the information again via email. 2.30 and i STILL haven’t recieved aything. Try to call again and after 24 minutes on hold i hang up the phoneand decide to email customer services instead. 2 hours later…still no response!!!! Congratulations for having THE WORST customer support team in the country…second to O2 (who send people to the debt collectors for no apparent reason)
