Getting sunburnt when I am usually so careful about my skin in the sun!!! When I left the house it was raining and overcast – and the weather report said it would be like that all day. As soon as I got to the carnival it was boiling hot sunshine!!!! Don’t get me wrong, I love the sunshine, just not the sunburn

On the topic of cars! Driving all the way to Colchester from Bicester for a wedding without any problems. Only to park the car for an hour during the ceremony and it deciding NOT TO START afterwards. It is not much fun bump-starting a car in your best clothes!

Going for blood tests at the doctors and at the end the nurse tells you to call back in a week. When you call they van’t tell you anything and you have to book an appointment anyway!!! Why tell me to call then??? I could have just made an appointment!
