when you are in morrisons and they refuse to serve you alcohol at the ge of 25 and you HAVE ID – just becase your friend who is also 25 doesn’t have her ID! RIDICULOUS!…i am teone buying the acohol! not her! stupid supermarket.

why is it IMPOSSIBLE to regulate the temparature in an office? Seriously this is 2009 and the concept of air conditioning as been around since about 1906!!! turn it on – Frezzing cold, turn it off – boiling hot!!!!!!!

when you go to the doctors and they ask you how you are? Well if i was fine i wouldn’t be here would i? so it just makes for a bit of awkwardness as once you’ve automatically said you’re ‘fine’ it makes it awkard to the go and spiel out the list of things that are wrong with you!!!! -

Ok, so I was trying to get through to my holiday provider to tell them that 10 days before my holiday – i STILL haven’t recieved anything. SO, 10.30am i call and after 10 minutes on hold i get an answer and i am told i will be sent the information again via email. 2.30 and i STILL haven’t recieved aything. Try to call again and after 24 minutes on hold i hang up the phoneand decide to email customer services instead. 2 hours later…still no response!!!! Congratulations for having THE WORST customer support team in the country…second to O2 (who send people to the debt collectors for no apparent reason)

people who STILL haven’t figures out how to use their archive folders in outlook and continually ask you to send the same email everytime they need to read it…..Drag and drop….it isn’t hard! better still – if you’re that incompitent get someone to set auto archive up and you will never have to worry again!
