when you go to the doctors and they ask you how you are? Well if i was fine i wouldn’t be here would i? so it just makes for a bit of awkwardness as once you’ve automatically said you’re ‘fine’ it makes it awkard to the go and spiel out the list of things that are wrong with you!!!!
